All our products are inspected and verified by quality before shipment. When you receive the merchandise, make sure that the packaging does not present any deterioration, in which case you should reflect it in the Albarán of the carrier and notify us of this incidence within a period not exceeding 48 h.

Given the nature of the product, claims will be admitted for those products that present breakages due to the causes of the transport, for this purpose the Customer will have to make it count on the heel of the own transportista.No we accept no liability for damage caused by you or your subcontractors during construction.

When working with several manufacturers, our products are covered by a different warranty period (2, 5, 10 or even 15 years), but you must ensure that the products were built carefully following the manual's indications, and properly treated if necessary.

P. What kind of warranty do you offer?

All nuestas wooden houses, garden sheds, pergolas, dinnerwooden garages and other products that you can find in our catalog has a 5-year wide warranty for encroachment and 2 years for doors and windows.

This guarantee will be effective in all cases where installation procedures are not complied with as described in the manuals supplied with the product. It will also not cover the damage caused by the misuse of our products (breaks or damages caused by default assembly or handling, inadequate storage, installation or repair not performed by our Authorized Technical Service).

IMPORTANT: Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions (Fortress winds, Huracanes, Nevadas, Granados...etc.)

 

P. What is your return policy?

EuroCasetas it guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order in the conditions and deadlines set out in Articles 68-79 of the Consumers and Users Act 2007 (Real Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16 November and Article 10 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Management of Minority Trade.

If you return a product for any reason, except defects or damages from the manufacturer, you must pay the cost of returning the products. From your request, we can recover the products, but the cost of transport will be your responsibility.

By contrast, if the delivered product is not what you requested, it does not match your description, or does not have the same quality of the requested product, if the product is damaged or defective, we can replace the item or the affected parts. You will not be charged for shipping costs.

If a product arrives in bad condition, it should be reflected in the albaran of the transport company, take photos if possible, and contact us within 48 hours from the reception.

If the product is defective, once received - EuroCasetas.com undertakes to repair, replace or refund the requested product. You will not be charged for the cost of returning a defective product.

Most of our products are made on request, are considered customized products, are always manufactured under commission, are those that are not available with delivery "INMEDIATA,, cancellations or returns of such products THEY'RE NOT ACQUITTED. No refunds or cancellations are accepted if the products have already been assembled, affected by the application of chemicals, paints or have undergone changes.

The products, which you wish to return, must be kept in good condition and with the packaging in which they were delivered. The products must be returned in the same conditions that were delivered. If the products are delivered as a kit, they must be returned in the same way. Please make sure the returned products are well packed to prevent damage or loss of parts during transport.
Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, it will proceed to the sending of a redeemable voucher by any other product of the catalog.

If returned products cannot be resold, due to damage or wear caused during the time spent with the customer, the refund can be reduced.
