In addition to protection functions against adverse conditions and precipitation, the roof cover is designed to provide comfort to the owners and provide aesthetic pleasure. The durability and beauty of the ceiling depend on the quality of the material and its correct installation.
For many years we have dedicated ourselves to the production and construction of garden houses and wooden cabins and, of course, we have implemented more than one hundred projects, where we have opted for different solutions in relation to roof protection. Over the years, we have accumulated a unique experience and we have opted for some specific types of roof to offer our customers for the protection of their wooden houses, garages and pergolas. However, the customer may choose to install their own cover, according to their needs and is not required to choose the options we recommend and offer. Below we detail the waterproofing that offers as an option for our wooden houses.
ASFALTIC TELA (Impermeabilizing)
POLITABER LÁMINA AUTOADHESIVA GRANDULO is an easy-to-install waterproofing asphalt sheet for sloping roofs pergolas of wood, wooden houses with tilted ceilings, wooden garages and dinner. Due to its finish in red granule or gray slate it is ideal both to decorate and protect its cover against moisture and rain. 1 m x 12 m x 3 kg/m2 of bitumen modified conelastomers, with fiberglass felt armor, plastic interior finish and plastic exterior. Installation by means of nails with flat mouth. This is the most economical material you will find as an option for covering our wooden booths. Available colors: Red, Green, Grey, Black.
TEGOLA AMERICANA (Impermeabilizing)
Asphalt plates for sloping roofs and facades; with mineral self-protection, includes a wide range of colors. This type of solution provides maximum insulation and safety because it is made of highly resistant materials. In addition, the wide range of designs provides a very original aesthetic result in any type of construction. Some of the advantages offered by American tegola are: Installation Facility, Great capacity of waterproofing, Great resistance, Lower load for construction, Excellent resistance to atmospheric agents. CHOVATERM (Impermeabilizer + Insulation)
ChovATERM is an AISLAMIENT and is an IMPERMEABILIZATION formed by:
TÉRMIC ISLAMIENT: from POLIESTIRENO EXTRUÍDO, XPS (300), or from ROCA LANA, 150 kg/m3, being the usual types of thermal insulation in decks. Products with CE marking and with AENOR markings.POLITABER IMPERMEABILIZANTS, LBM types standardized according to UNE-EN 13707 Standards, also are CE marking sheets and with AENOR Brand.SMOPLEBILIZATIONSThe diversity of the ChovATERM range allows to perform, in decks, BICAPA waterproofings or MONOCAP. In this way it is allowed to perform most of the membrane solutions admitted in Normative. (Basic Standard of Building. Planned systems or UNE Standards, 104-402:96). The application of the ChovATERM systems is SYMPRE MECHANICA TO SOPORTE. The type of fixing will depend on the type of waterproofing support. On non-consistent support, other application alternatives may not be set or studied. It is applied on decks with supports: concrete, mortar, metal sheet (DECK), undulating fibrocement plates, wood, etc. The application of the ChovATERM products has specific characteristics, use of fixations, etc., which greatly facilitates execution operations, although the normal execution care must be taken into account.* Lamina width: 100cm – Useful insulation width:92 cm.
PANEL SÁNDWICH TIPO TEJA
Features: This deck panel combines an external sheet with a tee imitation finish and a PUR or high density PIR foam insulation core (approximately 40 kg/m3). It stands out for its outstanding aesthetics, mechanical resistance and excellent thermal insulation, ideal for residential applications. We offer various exterior finishes such as red, aged maze and grey slate.
