In most of the products the assembly price is indicated. The price is VAT included.
The basic assembly price includes:
- KIT Amountwooden house, garden shed, wooden garage, dinner, etc.)
- Asphalt fabric installation (Mano de obra, material NOT INCLUDED)
- External wood treatment application with Lasur protector INCOLORO
MONTAJE KIT DE MADERA: The wooden kit of your product is mounted (wooden cabin, garden shed, wooden garage, pergola, etc.) standard without any additional modification (additional windows, cuts in wood, adaptation to the environment, etc.)
TELA ASFLALTICAL INSTALATION: The assembly price includes only the installation of ASFALTICA TELA in case it is chosen, materials such as American Tegola / asphalt tiles, bituminous plates and others are excluded (the installation of these materials is charged in part.)
EXTERNAL WORKING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MADERA WITH INCOLORO In the assembly price is included the application of the external treatment of the wood with INCOLORO lasur. Treatment in any color according to the card has an additional cost and this will vary depending on the product.
Accommodation and Displacements:
Our own mounting equipment is located in the localities of l'm' AMETLLA DE MAR (TARRAGONA) - When it comes to an assembly outside of these provinces (+/- radius of 100km) and we do not have collaborators in the area, there are charges of accommodation (45-75€ / night). The customer can provide the accommodation if you wish (minima condition: room with shower and wc). The travel of our assemblers is included in the assembly price throughout the peninsula except the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (in these locations the travel expenses are charged partly and detailed in the budget.
Customer responsibility:
- If the company Infinity House Spain, S.L. delivery and mounting the booth, the customer has to provide the right access to material handling and transportation, where the booth will be built. (Dimensions of the long crane 8m and width 3m). If it is not possible to enter the customer's site or client has not informed the company of Infinity House Spain, S.L. , the additional costs of the delivery are in charge of the customer.
- In case the transpore is unable to download the material at the assembly point, the customer will be responsible for moving the material to the assembly point.
- The customer has to supply the 220V power outlet with 15th. In the event of lack of light, the customer must have an generator of 5000 W in the assembly area. If the customer has not informed the company Infinity House Spain, S.L.. , the inactivity costs in the assembly process will be in charge of the client.
- In the event that the concrete base has built the client or has prepared another type of soil, Eurocasetas will not be responsible for the construction. The concrete base or other soil should be built according to the plan presented by Infinity House Spain, S.L.
- The floor where the cabin, cassette, garage or other product is to be installed should be leveled with an acceptable difference +/- 1 cm. If the base does not meet our standards, Infinity House Spain, S.L. the assembly process will not begin. Inactivity costs in the assembly process will be charged to the customer. In case the customer requests the leveling, correction or adaptation of the soil to our assemblers, they will inform you on the spot of the possibilities. If the customer accepts any of the proposals made by our assemblers, he will be charged to the customer 32€/ hour + VAT for that service, payment of which will have to pay in cash once our operators finish with the leveling / correction of the base.
- The base or surface on which you have to mount the house, garage or cottage should not exceed 0.5m height, otherwise the assembly price increases 30%
- If in the process of assembly, and because of the client it is not possible the continuity of the assembly, and the wood is exposed to the average environmental influences (floods, wind, sun, humidity etc.) Infinity House Spain, S.L. do not cover the guarantees of such products, and will not be responsible for the house built and delivered. (for example, the client's fault – does not have the premises of work.)
- In the case that the treatment of the wood of the house, is done by the customers, the customers are warned that such treatment has to be carried out in a period between 2 to 15 days after the assembly, to protect the wood. If the cassette is not painted according to our rules, the cassette loses the guarantee.
- The company Infinity House Spain, S.L. inform the client that the City Council permits for the installation of any booth will run by the client. That in this way it is reported and that in any case it is unique and exclusive responsibility of the client. Likewise, the company will not be obliged to refund any money in the event that the customer does not comply with these permits.
