Memoria de calidades
Están hechas de madera de abeto nórdico - crecimiento lento, en comparación con el pino tradicional tiene menos ramas, produce menos resina y tiene una mayor densidad. Estas características aseguran durabilidad y resistencia, y protegen el riesgo de la pudrición y el moho. Los tablones que componen la pared son de doble machihembrado para una mejor protección contra el viento y la humedad, lo que a la vez permite un fácil y rápido montaje.
Este producto dispone de vigas tratadas en autoclave, dependiendo del modelo puedes ser de 50 x 50mm, 50 x 80mm, 70 x 70mm o 70 x 90mm (en la descripción del producto se especifica la medida) sobre los que se monta toda la estructura con los listones del suelo. De esta manera la esctructura de su producto nunca tocará directamente la superficie.
Los listones del suelo se montan sobre las vigas tratadas, el grosor de las mismas es de 19mm y están compuestas por macho-hembra para su fácil y duradero montaje. Medidas del tablon: 19 x 105mm
Las vigas del tejado refuerzan toda la esctructura de la casa y unen la pared frontal con la trasera. Estás vigas generalmente miden 50 x 150mm pudiendo llegar a 60 x 165mm en algunos modelos. Incluso pueden venir de las dos medidas en un mismo producto.
Los tablones del techo tienen la misma calidad que los listones del suelo, un grosor de 19mm y 105mm de altura se ensamblan mediante el machihembrado y se atornilla a las vigas del tejado.
Ventanas oscilobatientes (apertura 2 modos) con acristalamiento doble 4-20-4mm con cámara de aire. Disponen de una protección metálica en la parte inferior para que el agua de la lluvia no se acumule.

Las puertas se entregan montadas en Kit, solo habría que montar los marcos y encajar la puerta. En caso que sea con cristal - este será cristal doble (4-8-4mm) con camára de aire. Los marcos son de madera laminada. La hoja de la puerta esta fabricada en madera maciza.
