(1) The Aluthermo® 7mm, 14mm and 21mm:
The Aluthermo® is an insulation that acts as a reflective; it is composed of two separate layers of air bubbles configured in bee nest, enclosed in a flame retardant polyethylene film coated on both sides with a pure aluminium sheet of 30 microns, polished and with antioxidant treatment.
The ensemble thus obtained is semi-rigid and consists of the following overlapping layers:
A. Pure aluminum film of 99% and 30 microns of thickness
B. Polyethylene flame retardant film of dry and stable air bubbles
C. Polyethylene flame retardant film of dry and stable air bubbles
D. Pure aluminum film of 99% and 30 microns of thickness
The air locked in bubble movies is dry and stable air. This prevents a possible condensation for the recommended temperature sections for each type of Aluthermo® (cf. Applications and technical features).
(2) The Aluthermo Quattro®
The Aluthermo Quattro® is the first thin layer insulation, multi-reflecting, multilayer, thermoweling on all its surfaces.
The Aluthermo Quattro® is composed of two layers of pure aluminum of 30 microns, polished and with antioxidant treatment, separated by two layers of air bubbles configured in bee nest, enclosed in a flame retardant polyethylene film, and by two additional leaves of pure aluminum and a foam of ignitive polyethylene and hydrofugus. The Aluthermo Quattro® is an almost infrared barrier for infrared rays both in summer and winter. The air locked in the movies and in the polyethylene foam is dry and stable. What prevents in all cases a possible condensation in the recommended temperature range for the Aluthermo Quattro® (cfr. Applications and technical features.
The obtained set is semi-rigid and consists of the following overlapping layers:
- A pure aluminum foil of 30 microns of thickness with antioxidant treatment
- A layer of dried air bubbles embedded in ignitive polyethylene
- A pure aluminum foil with antioxidant treatment
- A layer of flame retardant polyethylene and hydrofuge
- A pure aluminum foil with antioxidant treatment
- A layer of dried air bubbles embedded in ignitive polyethylene
- A pure aluminum foil of 30 microns of thickness with antioxidant treatment
To enable the buyer to place the Aluthermo® and the Aluthermo Quattro® are thermo-welded on all surfaces.
